PRONOUNS:
HE / HIS / HIM

WHO I AM:
I’m Ronald Rayos Aldover, and within the community, I’m fondly known as Thita. I was born and raised in the peaceful barangay of Masaguitsit, Lobo, Batangas, a place that helped shape who I am today. At 44 years old, I am proud to serve as a Board of Director (BOD) of FTS Lobo Organization Inc., where I’ve been an active member since 2020.
My journey has taken me beyond the shores of the Philippines. I spent several years working in Japan, where I not only grew professionally but also personally. It was there that I truly embraced my identity and established my credibility as a proud member of the LGBTQ++ community. The experiences and challenges I faced abroad gave me the strength, confidence, and wisdom to return home with a deeper purpose.
MY ADVOCACY:
I stand for visibility, acceptance, and empowerment of LGBTQ++ individuals especially in rural communities like ours. I believe in creating safe spaces where everyone, regardless of identity, can thrive, be heard, and be celebrated.
WHY I SERVE:
I serve to inspire and uplift the next generation of LGBTQ++ leaders. I want to be part of a movement that builds bridges and not barriers through compassion, representation, and community service.
