We are FTS ( Flock of the Third Sex ) LOBO Organization Inc., a proud LGBTQ++ community-based organization rooted in love, service, and unity. We are not just a group. We are a chosen family. A safe space. A loud and living reminder that every person, no matter their gender identity or expression, deserves to be seen, respected, and celebrated.
Our home is in Lobo, Batangas, but our heart beats for every individual still fighting to be accepted. Here at FTS Lobo, we believe that authenticity is power, kindness is strength, and community is everything. We provide a platform for voices that have been silenced for too long.
Through advocacy, creative expression, and community service, we strive to build a future where equality is not just a concept, but a lived reality. From educational outreach to pride events, mental health support to makeup and performance art, we turn our passion into purpose and our pride into action.
We serve not only the LGBTQ++ community but the whole of Lobo. Because true empowerment goes beyond identity — IT MEANS LIFTING EVERYONE UP, TOGETHER.

Our Mission
To uphold the rights, freedom, and welfare of each member, as well as their respect for their chosen gender. This will be achieved through support in the areas of health, education, and livelihood.

Our Vision
In the next ten years, FTS aims to become a strong and recognized organization with firm principles not only in the town of Lobo but also in neighboring towns and provinces.
Sa susunod na sampung taon, nais ng FTS na maging isang matatag at kinikilalang samahan na may paninindigan, hindi lamang sa bayan ng Lobo kundi pati na rin sa mga karatig na bayan at lalawigan.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP
FTS LOBO proves that age is not a limit to leadership. We believe in the power of the young. They are fearless, bold, and full of fire. We create platforms for youth to speak, lead, and transform their communities. From planning pride events to holding awareness talks, our young leaders are trained to serve with passion and lead with purpose.
CREATIVITY IN ADVOCACY
SERVICE
We use art, glam, performance, and storytelling as tools for awareness. FTS is not your usual advocacy group. We’re colorful, expressive, and artistic. Whether through makeup, dance, spoken word, or music, we believe creative expression is a powerful form of protest, healing, and education. Our Glam Team is not just about beauty. It’s about visibility, confidence, and transformation.
We serve not only our members but the whole of Lobo with love and responsibility. FTS LOBO is rooted in public service. From feeding programs to relief efforts, from school campaigns to barangay partnerships, we extend our hands beyond our circle. Because being LGBT does not separate us from the community. It deepens our call to serve it.
COURAGE
We show up, speak up, and shine even when it’s difficult. Living and loving openly in today’s world takes bravery. At FTS LOBO, we honor every act of courage from coming out to standing up for others. We train our members to be brave leaders, truth-tellers, and change-makers. Our pride is not just a celebration. it is resistance.
