2024 has been a remarkable journey for FTS Lobo Organization Inc., a year where every project, campaign, and act of service became a reflection of our shared commitment to advocacy, equality, and love. From empowering talks and awareness drives to community outreach and creative collaborations, every milestone was made possible through the unwavering dedication of our members, leaders, and partners who believe in the beauty of inclusivity. Through the Alay Gupit Project and Feeding Program at Biga Elementary School, FTS Lobo Organization Inc. proudly extended care and compassion to young learners, giving free haircuts to over 200 students and serving warm meals to more than 300 children. This initiative reflects what FTS LOBO truly stands for service from the heart, unity in action, and advocacy that reaches beyond words. Each haircut and every shared meal became a moment of joy, confidence, and connection. To our volunteers, partners, and supporters, thank you for helping us bring happiness and hope to the students of Biga Elementary School. Together, we continue to make kindness visible in action.

In the rhythm of silence and the language of truth, we proudly shine our FTS Lobo Community Spotlight on LIEZEL_ERIZ19, a passionate student from Manila Science High School, whose moving piece was submitted to the official website of FTS Lobo Organization Inc. Her poem, “Silent Rainbow,” beautifully captures the unspoken emotions of many who live in quiet courage, those who love, dream, and exist beyond the fear of judgment. Each line speaks of struggle, but also of hope of learning to love oneself even when the world chooses not to listen. Through her words, LIEZEL_ERIZ19 paints a portrait of what it truly means to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community which is strong yet soft, unseen yet vibrant, silent yet full of meaning. Her poem echoes one of FTS Lobo’s core advocacies and that is to amplify voices that are often silenced and to create safe spaces where every identity is valid and celebrated. Madam Lota Manalo, one of the key founders and now the esteemed Advisor of FTS Lobo Organization Inc., shared her heartfelt message during the organization’s 10th Anniversary and Gala Night. Although she was unable to attend the celebration in person, her words resonated deeply with everyone present. Her message reminded us of the humble beginnings of FTS Lobo and the unwavering commitment that has fueled its growth through the years. Madam Lota’s wisdom, guidance, and love for the community continue to inspire the organization to uphold its mission of inclusivity, empowerment, and pride. As part of its ongoing commitment to community service, FTS Lobo Organization Inc. proudly brought the “Alay Gupit Project” to Banalo Elementary School for Brigada Eskwela 2025. Through this initiative, students received free haircuts to help them look and feel confident as they return to school. More than just a simple act of grooming, this project symbolized care, compassion, and the spirit of giving back. The smiles of the students reflected the success of the program, a reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big difference. FTS Lobo continues to uphold its mission of empowering others and supporting the youth, proving that service to the community remains at the heart of the organization’s advocacy.

Her simple yet powerful video beautifully captured the impact of bullying and reminded us of the solutions and actions we can take together to build a safer, kinder, and more inclusive environment for everyone. We put our hats off to Trixie for using her voice and creativity to inspire change and promote compassion.
