​For this month's FTS Spotlight, we proudly shine the light on two remarkable individuals whose hearts beat for service and community, Rex Mendoza and Jen Valmoria.

This admirable duo, fondly known as one of FTS Lobo’s power couples, have shown what it truly means to lead with compassion, humility, and purpose. They are not only devoted FTS members but also loving parents who carry their values of care, patience, and unity into everything they do.

Rexmer Mendoza, one of the Board Members of the FTS Lobo Board of Directors, is a man of quiet dedication. He is known for being “less talk, more action”, a dependable leader who doesn’t seek attention, but whose presence always makes a difference. Always on hand in every FTS activity, Rex brings consistency, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve, reflecting what it means to lead with integrity and heart.

Jen Valmoria, the Barangay President of the Masaguitsit Chapter, embodies the warmth and strength of a true mother, not only to her family but also to her community. Her motherly ways bring comfort, encouragement, and care to everyone around her. 

Together, Rex and Jen represent the very soul of FTS Lobo Organization Inc., leaders who don’t just wear titles, but live out their mission through action, kindness, and compassion. They remind us that true leadership is built not on grand gestures, but on everyday acts of love and dedication.
