Dear gentle follower,

Thank you for bravely asking us: “What is the best thing that I do when someone so important to me betrayed me and outed me in public?

First, we want to say, we feel your pain. Betrayal cuts deepest when it comes from someone we trusted with our whole heart. And being outed is not just a betrayal of confidence, but a stripping away of something so personal and sacred, as well. No one deserves that kind of hurt.

The best thing you can do right now is to choose yourself first. Take a step back, breathe, and protect your peace. Surround yourself with people who love and accept you unconditionally, because they will remind you that you are more than this wound. Healing doesn’t come overnight, but giving yourself grace and space will help you regain your strength.

Remember: WHAT WAS DONE TO YOU SAYS MORE ABOUT THEIR WEAKNESS THAN YOUR WORTH. You are not defined by the betrayal, nor by the way you were outed. You are determined by your courage to keep going, your right to be yourself, and your ability to rise even after being hurt.

Please hold on to this truth:
You are still whole, still worthy, and still loved.
What happened to you is not the end of your story.
It is only proof of how strong your spirit really is.

With compassion and solidarity,
FTS Lobo Organization Inc.
