Looking Back, Moving Forward.

As the year came to a close, the members of FTS Lobo Organization gathered for a day filled with both reflection and celebration, our Year-End Evaluation and Christmas Party. It was more than just a party. It was a day to look back on what we’ve done, recognize how far we’ve come, and renew our passion for the work that lies ahead.

We started the day with our year-end evaluation, carefully going through all the activities we accomplished including each outreach, every initiative, and all the small victories that made a big difference in the communities we served. From feeding programs and donation drives to educational support and volunteer work, we revisited each moment with pride. And just as importantly, we looked ahead, planning our upcoming projects, setting new goals, and reaffirming our mission to serve with heart, purpose, and unity.

After the evaluation, the spirit of celebration truly began.

It was a fun-filled day with games, laughter, and shared stories. We held gift-giving and raffles, where no one went home empty-handed. Every wrapped gift and raffle prize was more than a present. It was a symbol of gratitude and shared blessings among members who worked hand in hand all year long.

There was joy in every corner, not just from the gifts or the food, but from the feeling of being part of something bigger than ourselves. As we laughed, played, and shared meals together, we were reminded of the core of FTS Lobo’s mission: To build not just a team, but a family driven by compassion, service, and growth.

This celebration wasn’t just the end of a year. It was a reminder of why we started. And as we move forward into another year, we carry with us the same spirit, which is to serve, to grow, and to continue making a difference, one heartfelt act at a time.
