After the joy and success of our 9th Anniversary Celebration, the members of FTS Lobo Organization Inc. gathered once more, not to celebrate this time, but to reflect, grow, and continue building the heart of our mission.

Thanks to the generosity of Konsehal Mark Evangelista Romero Tiu, we held our post-evaluation and meeting at his restaurant, Mamay Ito's Place, a warm and welcoming space that allowed us to come together in comfort and unity. His support reminded us once again how strong partnerships can uplift and empower organizations like ours.

During the meeting, we took time to acknowledge what went well during the anniversary, and just as importantly, we spoke with honesty about where we could improve. Everyone’s voice was heard. From logistics to community involvement, we listened, learned, and planned, not only for better events but for a stronger future.

As an LGBT organization, this moment of reflection is part of what makes FTS Lobo who we are. We strive not only to serve others, but to grow as individuals and as a collective. Our goal has always been to promote inclusivity, compassion, and shared leadership, and gatherings like this remind us that progress is not only in celebration, but in accountability, listening, and love.

We left that meeting not just with notes and plan, but with renewed purpose. Together, we continue moving forward, heart-first.
