Standing With the Community, Moving Toward a Brighter Lobo

FTS Lobo Organization Inc. joined the Civil Society Organization Conference at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall. It was a simple date for many, but a meaningful moment for us. For FTS Lobo, showing up isn’t just about presence; it’s about purpose. It’s about carrying our mission of inclusivity, advocacy, and genuine community service wherever we go.

Represented by President Leah Detaunon, our organization took part in important discussions on accreditation, CSO responsibilities, and how civil society can work hand-in-hand with the local government. Surrounded by local officials, DILG representatives, and fellow organizations, we were reminded why we do what we do: because every voice deserves to be heard, and every community, especially the LGBT community, deserves a place in the conversation.

Attending this conference was a fulfilling requirements and a reaffirmation of our heartbeat as an organization: to uplift, to represent, and to help build a Lobo that embraces everyone. And as long as there are opportunities to learn, connect, and advocate, FTS Lobo will always be there, showing up with purpose, passion, and love for the community we serve.
