There was no formal space to gather, no banner to stand under, and no name that made people feel proud and safe to say, “I’m part of this.” There were only silent cries for acceptance, quiet acts of courage, and loud dreams waiting to be heard. FTS LOBO was born as a response to that silence. It became a soft space for the loud, a healing space for the wounded, and a safe space for the brave.

FTS LOBO Organization Inc. was not born out of power, funding, or trends. it was born from a deep ache to belong, to be seen, and to serve. In 2015, the LGBTQIA+ community in Lobo, Batangas, like in many parts of the country, was present, vibrant, and full of potential, yet often left in the shadows.

It stood for visibility, inclusion, and service. It started not with rules and structures, but with hearts that beat for something better. It was a movement inspired by those who had to live with masks but longed to be bare and proud.

FTS was a promise: that in the town of Lobo, you are valid, you are important, and you matter. It was a movement built not just to speak out, but to stand in love for self, love for others, and love for the community.

FTS LOBO was not just created. It was needed. And in being needed, it was loved into life.
