What began as a small, hopeful idea in the heart of Lobo has grown into a powerful, unstoppable force for change, one that continues to serve with unwavering dedication and an open heart. FTS LOBO Organization Inc. was born from a shared vision: to uplift not only the LGBTQ+ community but every person in Lobo, ensuring that no one is left behind.

Rooted deeply in the spirit and soul of Lobo, FTS LOBO has blossomed into one of the municipality’s most dynamic and creative organizations.
It stands as a beacon of hope, courage, and inclusion, leading vital efforts in HIV awareness, youth leadership, mental health, and LGBTQ+ empowerment. But its mission goes beyond any single group. it is a commitment to the entire community, to the whole of Lobo, to build a future that is kinder, stronger, and more united.
As a SEC-registered (Security and Exchange Comission), DOLE-accredited (Department of Labor and Employment), CSO-accredited (Civil Society Organization) in both Municipal and Provincial level, FTS LOBO carries the responsibility and honor of being an official advocate for positive change. Its journey is far from over. In fact, it is only beginning. With every step forward, FTS LOBO grows bolder, ready to expand its reach, deepen its impact, and continue serving generations to come.
This movement is a promise. It is a promise that the spirit of service and compassion will never waver, that the work for justice, health, and empowerment will always move forward, and that Lobo will forever have a champion in FTS LOBO.
